Modern Design with a
Touch of Heritage
The first phase of the project comprised a five-story building with a two-level parking facility. The exterior walls boasted a unique heritage finish, while the entrance lobby exudes sophistication with Italian marble flooring.
Functional and Efficient Interiors
The interior spaces prioritized functionality with vitrified tile flooring, Gypboard partitions for flexible layouts, and Armstrong ceilings for optimal acoustics.
Aesthetic Enhancements
A decorative water fountain added a touch of serenity to the entrance, while well-maintained paving blocks adorned the internal area and the compound wall provided a secure perimeter.
