Devi's exceptional work on this project garnered prestigious recognitions: First Prize for Well Built Structures in Industrial (Large Scale) by Builders Association of India (BAI) in 2008. Silver Award for Safety in the Industrial Project Category by Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) in 2011.

Phase I (2007)
Construction of the core car factory infrastructure, including the production hall, administration building, canteen, customer center, energy center, and workshop building (totaling 35,000 sqm). This phase also involved land development, road and parking construction, and a compound wall.
Phases II-IV (2010-2012)
Subsequent phases saw the expansion of the manufacturing capability with the addition of a truck plant (2010), a paint shop (2011), and a car plant expansion (2012).
Phase V (2012)
The final phase focused on further land development to accommodate future growth.
Comprehensive Utility Infrastructure
Devi ensured seamless operation of the entire facility by creating essential utilities like electrical, HVAC, mechanical, compressed air systems, a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and firewater lines for each building.
