BK (I) Pvt. Ltd., a part of TBK Japan, manufactures and markets water and oil pumps for vehicles and construction machinery. This design-build project encompassed the construction of a 6,700-square-meter plant area. In addition to the main production facility, Devi constructed essential allied infrastructure to support the plant's operations. This included utility buildings, a canteen, security cabin, underground tank, sewage system, roads, and a compound wall. By delivering a comprehensive solution, Devi empowered TBK (I) Pvt. Ltd. to establish a well-equipped and functional manufacturing base in India.
